8.2 Annual reviews incorporate learnings, stakeholder feedback, and operational data to refine policies and practices.

8.3 5% of annual profit is earmarked for R&D investment, supporting digital carbon measurement innovation, mental health & wellbeing resources, and new governance initiatives (e.g. future standalone whistleblowing hotline, formal ESG strategy).

8.4 Effectiveness of CSR commitments is measured after each learner cycle through satisfaction data, welfare outcomes, and identification of new needs.

8.5 This policy is publicly available, regularly reviewed, and forms a core part of Pyrometrix Ltd’s commitment to responsible, sustainable, and impactful operation in the UK construction and training sector.
