Caleb Smith | CPO

Caleb leads product and technical strategy at Pyrometrix. With over a decade of experience at a global Passive Fire Protection manufacturer, he has worked closely with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and designers to deliver compliant fire safety solutions from design through to installation.

His background spans technical design support, on-site coordination, and technical marketing across five European construction markets, with a focus on testing standards, documentation, and buildable design guidance. Caleb is currently studying Fire Safety Engineering, reinforcing Pyrometrix’s product development with strong academic and regulatory grounding.

Gary Tucker | CEO

Gary leads Pyrometrix’s commercial strategy and partnerships. He holds an MBA and is a Chartered Manager (CMI), with over 20 years’ experience in senior sales and leadership roles within the construction industry.

His background includes director-level responsibility within a global organisation and leadership of project-based sales divisions operating across major UK frameworks. Gary has a strong track record in building enterprise partnerships, defining service-led commercial models, and developing high-performing teams. At Pyrometrix, he is responsible for growth strategy, investor relations, and long-term commercial execution.
