5. Request Process

• Adjustments to be requested via bookings@pyrometrixltd.com prior to venue booking (4 weeks before course)

• Trainers receive accredited inclusivity and accessibility training

• Specific learner needs briefed confidentially 3 weeks prior to training

• All accessibility-related data handled per the Pyrometrix Privacy Policy

Any learner receiving adjustments will not be disadvantaged in achieving learning outcomes or assessments.

8. Monitoring & Reporting

• Accessibility requests reviewed annually to identify systemic barriers

• Completion rates for learners with adjustments are tracked and analysed

• Documentation library maintained to store feedback, data, and considerations prior to policy revisions

9. Onboarding

All learners receive a full onboarding pack covering course expectations, policies, and available support before training begins.
